R Y E products are handmade in our design studio in New York City. Most of our bags are made to order with the highest quality and care, therefore in most cases your order will ship within 5 business days. If your bag is in stock, we will ship it within 2 business days.

United States
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders.
Expect to receive your order 2-3 business days from shipping date.

Rest of the World
We ship via FedEx International Economy.  We offer $40 flat rate shipping on all orders. Customers are responsible for duties and fees.
Expect to receive your order 4-7 business days from shipping date.
Orders over $700 ship FREE.  Just enter promocode FREESHIPPING at checkout.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your RYE purchase. We offer returns within 14 days of delivery of your item, just send us a request email to contact@ryebags.com telling us why you wish to return your item and we will email you a return shipping label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returning items must be in their original unworn and undamaged condition, accompanied by their packaging and dust bags. If the return fails to meet the conditions mentioned above, the return will be refused and sent back.
